with the highest degree in just four years, she received her diploma from
London's prestigious ‘Wine and Spirit Education Trust’. She also manages the
wine program of multiple prestigious Philadelphia restaurants such as the three-diamond
restaurant ‘The Marker’, the four-diamond restaurant, ‘The Penne Restaurant and
Wine Bar’.
Svetlana
opened the WineNot boutique in 2010, and has enjoyed being the leading wine shop
in NH ever since. Having received multiple awards only solidifies replacing
Nashua is the leading wine store in New Hampshire. The shop has a bit of

also teaches classes on wines, sharing the wealth of knowledge on selection and
